Sensitive Information Collection and Usage Agreement

Please read the below “Sensitive Information Collection and Usage Agreement” thoroughly before using our services. The English version of the QSTAG Sensitive Information Collection and Usage Agreement is a translation based on the original Korean version of the Sensitive Information Collection and Usage Agreement. If there is any conflict between these two versions, the original Korean version of the Sensitive Information Collection and Usage Agreement shall prevail.

QSTAG Co., Ltd. collects and uses the following sensitive information to provide systematic health management services.

Sensitive Information Processing Policy

1. Purpose of collecting and using sensitive information: Provide QSTAG health management services

2. Range of sensitive information to be collected and used: glucose level, protein level, pH level, occult blood level

3. Retention and usage period of sensitive information: 12 months and/or withdrawal of membership.

4. All sensitive information is stored in the form of user identification.

Rejection of Consent Management

You have the right to refuse consenting to the QSTAG’s collection and use of sensitive information. However, if you do not consent, we inform you that provision of relevant services according to the application’s purpose may be limited.
