Please read the below “Privacy Policy” thoroughly before using our services. The English version of the QSTAG Public Policy is a translation based on the original Korean version of the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between these two versions, the original Korean version of the Public Policy shall prevail.

General

QSTAG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called the "Company") considers the protection of personal information to be very important and complies with applicable laws such as the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, ETC” and “Personal Information Protection Act” of Korea.

Through this Privacy Policy, the Company will inform you of the purpose and direction the personal information provided by the user is being used and what measures the Company is taking to protect the personal information.

The Company discloses the Privacy Policy on the menu screen of its mobile application called the QSCHECK so that users can view and access the information at all times.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 27, 2021. If any revisions are made, the Company will notify the users on its website announcement page (and/or provide announcements individually via message, email and so on).

What personal information we collect and how we collect it

The Company collects the following user's personal information when the user logs in to use the QSTAG service.

In principle, the Company destroys the collected personal information without delay if the purpose of use is achieved. Procedures for destruction of personal information and methods of destruction

Destruction procedure:

After the purpose is achieved, the user's personal information is transferred to a separate electronic file form or a separate filing box for paper documents. This information will be destroyed after being stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations (see Retention and Use Period).  Personal information transferred to a separate electronic file form will not be used for any purpose other than retention, unless required by law.

How to destroy:

Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that prevents the recording from being played back. Personal information written or printed on paper will be shredded or incinerated.

Providing personal information to third party

Users can install and use services that allow data sharing through platforms provided by third-party service providers. During this process, if the QSTAG service and the third-party service are provided in conjunction, the company may obtain the express consent of the user and provide the personal information to a third party to the extent necessary, and the third party who provided the personal information may also use the personal information provided only within the scope agreed by the user.

Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them.

The user and their legal representatives* may exercise the following rights in relation to the personal information of the registered user or the user under the age of 14.

If a user requests correction of an error in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided to a third party until the revision is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the company will notify the third party about the revision process results without any delay.

Your personal information is protected by a password, encrypting your files and transmission data, and/or storing and managing them using a file lock function, and important data is protected through a separate security function.

Link site delivery policy

We may provide you with links to other companies' websites or materials. In this case, the company has no control over the sites, materials, products and services of third parties, and cannot be responsible for and cannot guarantee the usefulness of the products and services or materials provided there from them. Email Unauthorized Collection Denial Policy

The company refuses to allow unauthorized collection of posted email addresses using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices. Violations of this may be punished by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Use and Information Protection, etc.
